AurenTheme License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all digital products sold by AurenTheme.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any AurenTheme product, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, AurenTheme grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Commercial License to use the purchased digital product in accordance with this Agreement.

Ownership of the product is not transferred to you.

You receive permission to use the product under the conditions described below.

2. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, you may:

  • Install the product on an unlimited number of Shopify stores that you own or manage.
  • Modify the files to suit your business needs.
  • Edit the Liquid code, CSS, JavaScript, templates, and other included assets.
  • Use the product for commercial purposes.
  • Create stores for yourself or your clients using the purchased product.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell the product.
  • Redistribute the ZIP files.
  • Share download links.
  • Upload the files to marketplaces or file-sharing websites.
  • Claim the product as your own work.
  • Remove copyright notices where applicable.
  • Include any part of the product inside another product offered for sale or distribution.

These restrictions apply whether the files are modified or unmodified.

4. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, source code, graphics, documentation, and other intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of AurenTheme.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

5. Updates

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase includes lifetime product updates for as long as AurenTheme continues to maintain the product.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes
  • Performance improvements
  • Compatibility updates
  • New features
  • Security improvements

AurenTheme reserves the right to discontinue any product at its sole discretion.

6. Support

Your purchase includes unlimited customer support.

Support is available through:

  • Email
  • Official TikTok account

Support covers:

  • Installation assistance
  • Download issues
  • Product questions
  • Technical guidance
  • Bug reporting

Support does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Custom coding
  • Store design services
  • Marketing consulting
  • Third-party application support unrelated to our products

7. License Termination

This license may be terminated immediately if you:

  • Redistribute our products.
  • Sell our files without authorization.
  • Share download links publicly.
  • Infringe our intellectual property rights.
  • Use the product for unlawful purposes.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the product and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. No Transfer of Ownership

The purchase of an AurenTheme product grants only a license to use the product.

The customer does not acquire ownership of:

  • Source code
  • Theme files
  • Graphics
  • Documentation
  • Branding
  • Intellectual property

All ownership remains with AurenTheme.

9. Disclaimer

AurenTheme products are provided "as is."

While we strive to ensure compatibility with Shopify and maintain high quality, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every future Shopify update, third-party application, or custom configuration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AurenTheme shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

11. Changes to This Agreement

AurenTheme reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

Customers are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically.
