3. Eligibility

By purchasing any product from AurenTheme, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian;

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

  • all information you provide during checkout is accurate and truthful.

AurenTheme reserves the right to refuse service if fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information is detected.

4. Digital Products

All products sold on AurenTheme are digital products.

No physical goods will ever be shipped.

After successful payment, customers receive access to downloadable digital files, which may include ZIP archives, PDF documentation, templates, theme files, code snippets, digital assets, or other downloadable resources.

Delivery is completed electronically.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a secure copy of downloaded files.

5. Product Availability

We continuously improve our products.

Therefore, AurenTheme reserves the right to:

  • modify products;

  • improve existing files;

  • add new features;

  • remove outdated components;

  • discontinue products;

  • replace downloadable files with newer versions.

Such modifications may occur without prior notice.

6. Compatibility

Our products are developed for compatibility with Shopify.

However, compatibility may change due to:

  • Shopify platform updates;

  • third-party applications;

  • custom code modifications;

  • merchant configurations;

  • unsupported software.

Although we strive to maintain compatibility whenever reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee perpetual compatibility with every future Shopify update or third-party application.

7. Product License

When purchasing a product from AurenTheme, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the purchased digital files.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

You may:

✔ install the product on unlimited Shopify stores owned or managed by you.

✔ modify the files.

✔ customize the design.

✔ edit the Liquid code.

✔ adapt the product to your business.

✔ use the product for commercial purposes.

However, ownership of the intellectual property remains exclusively with AurenTheme.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

8. Prohibited Uses

Customers may NOT:

  • resell any product;

  • redistribute files;

  • upload products to marketplaces;

  • share download links;

  • publish ZIP files publicly;

  • sublicense the product;

  • claim ownership of our work;

  • remove copyright notices where applicable;

  • include our products inside competing digital products.

Any unauthorized distribution constitutes copyright infringement.

AurenTheme reserves the right to terminate licenses immediately in such cases.

9. Lifetime Updates

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, eligible products include lifetime updates.

"Lifetime" refers to the period during which AurenTheme continues to develop and support the product.

AurenTheme reserves the right to discontinue any product at its sole discretion.

Discontinuation does not create an obligation to provide future updates indefinitely.

10. Customer Support

AurenTheme provides customer support through:

While we aim to respond promptly, response times may vary depending on support volume, public holidays, or technical circumstances.

Support includes assistance related to:

  • installation;

  • download issues;

  • technical questions;

Support does not include:

  • custom development;

  • custom coding;

  • store design services;

  • marketing advice;

  • business consulting;

  • third-party software troubleshooting unrelated to our products.

    11. Payments

    All payments processed through the AurenTheme website must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

    All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency presented at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on the customer's jurisdiction.

    AurenTheme reserves the right to change product prices, promotional offers, discounts, bundles, subscription plans (if introduced), and pricing structures at any time without prior notice.

    Price changes do not affect purchases that have already been successfully completed.

    12. Digital Delivery

    After successful payment confirmation, customers will receive immediate access to download their purchased digital products.

    Delivery is performed electronically.

    Customers are responsible for:

    • downloading their files promptly;

    • maintaining backup copies of downloaded products;

    • ensuring their email address is correct during checkout;

    • maintaining access to the email used for purchase.

    Although AurenTheme strives to ensure uninterrupted access, temporary technical interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting providers, Shopify infrastructure, payment processors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    13. Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally considered final.

    Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned.

    However, AurenTheme may issue a refund under limited circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • duplicate payments;

    • corrupted or inaccessible download files;

    • technical defects that cannot reasonably be resolved;

    • accidental multiple purchases of the same product;

    • payment processing errors caused by our systems.

    Refund requests submitted solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the product, lacks the technical knowledge to use the product, or fails to read the product description before purchasing will generally not qualify for a refund.

    14. Fraud Prevention

    AurenTheme actively monitors transactions to prevent fraud and unauthorized activity.

    • cancel suspicious transactions;

    • refuse service where fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

    Customers agree that intentionally providing false information during checkout constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

    15. Chargebacks

    Customers agree to contact AurenTheme before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback through their payment provider.

    Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to resolve any issue directly.

    Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after receiving access to digital products may result in:

    • immediate termination of your product license;

    • suspension of future purchases;

    • permanent blocking of customer accounts;

    • recovery of associated costs where permitted by applicable law.

    Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

    16. Intellectual Property

    All content available through AurenTheme, including but not limited to:

    • themes;

    • templates;

    • code;

    • Liquid files;

    • CSS;

    • JavaScript;

    • documentation;

    • PDF guides;

    • graphics;

    • icons;

    • branding;

    • product descriptions;

    • logos;

    • website design;

    • downloadable assets;

    is the exclusive intellectual property of AurenTheme or its respective licensors.

    Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

    No ownership rights are transferred to customers upon purchase.

    17. Copyright Protection

    Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, copying, public sharing, or commercial exploitation of any AurenTheme product is strictly prohibited.

    Where unauthorized distribution is detected, AurenTheme reserves the right to:

    • revoke licenses;

    • suspend customer access;

    • disable future downloads;

    • issue copyright infringement notices;

    • pursue available legal remedies where appropriate.

    18. Acceptable Use

    Customers agree not to use AurenTheme products:

    AurenTheme is an independent creator of digital products.

    AurenTheme is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Shopify Inc.

    "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc.

    Any reference to Shopify is solely intended to identify platform compatibility.

    21. Product Modifications

    Customers may modify purchased products for their own commercial use.

    However, modified versions remain subject to these Terms and may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or represented as original works created by the customer.

    22. Customer Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for:

    • maintaining secure backups;

    • protecting downloaded files;

    • ensuring device compatibility;

    • complying with applicable laws;

    • maintaining accurate account information.

    Failure to follow installation instructions may affect product functionality.

    • every feature will meet every customer's expectations;

    • products will be uninterrupted;

    • products will always remain compatible with every Shopify update;

    • products will operate without errors under every possible configuration.

    Customers acknowledge that software, themes, and digital products may require maintenance, updates, or compatibility adjustments over time.

    25. Indemnification

    By using AurenTheme products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AurenTheme, its owner, affiliates, contractors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

    • your misuse of our products;

    • violation of these Terms;

    • infringement of third-party rights;

    • unlawful use of our products;

    • breach of applicable laws.

    26. Privacy

    Termination does not create any obligation to provide refunds where permitted by law.
